Dubbo GRC exclusively announced via The Catching Pen on Tuesday, September 28, entry into syndication.
Thanks to the generous support of local breeder Noelene Walsh, a May 2021 son from the Zambora Brockie x Kinetic Thunda litter will be syndicated via the Club.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be opened from Wednesday, September 29, with completed forms to be returned to Dubbo GRC via dubbogrc@bigpond.com or in person to the Club by October 17. EOI applications will be dated on receipt by the Club and successful applicants will be advised of the next stages which are outlined within the EOI documentation.
In making the announcement, Club President Shayne Stiff said that the premise of the syndication was to welcome more people into the industry and excitement of being involved.
“Thanks to the generosity of Noelene Walsh and work by Club staff and contractors, we have completed the required licencing so to allow this red fawn son of Zambora Brockie x Kinetic Thunda to be syndicated at $500 per share,” Stiff said.
“The terms of the EOI look to have ideally have 19 different individuals involved. We have also built in additional safeguards such as a cooling off period to ensure that this is an industry leading approach.
“You can see from the videos on our website he is already showing positive signs of interest in chasing and comes from a dam line which has continually thrown quality progeny,” Stiff added.
“His mother, Kinetic Thunda won 7 events and was trained by renowned Central Coast participant John Miles.”
The Club have also determined to retain the 20th share with the view of using any prizemoney earnt via the share to support community groups.
“The Club really want to see this syndication be successful and something people of Dubbo can get around. Being able to use hopefully some decent winnings to support community initiatives is important,” Stiff said.
Full details of the pup; including rearing, education and training arrangements, plus the EOI process are included in the EOI document available on dubbogreyhounds.com
