Dubbo Trial Sessions

IMPORTANT TRIAL PROCEDURE – 9:00AM SHARP (changes to 8am during daylight savings)

All participants are reminded that trials commence at 9:00am sharp — not 9:00am arrival time.

Trials will be conducted from the furthest distance through to the shortest distance.

Participants are required to arrive early enough to empty their dogs, prepare them for trialling and be in line ready to go before the 9:00am start.

Please allow sufficient time for this process. Arriving at 9:00am, or after trials have commenced, is considered late.

LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

Once we have moved through a distance, we will not stop the trial program or go back to accommodate late arrivals. If you miss your distance because you have not arrived on time and are ready to trial, your dog will not be trialled.

ALL TRIALS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE TRIALS COMMENCE.

There will be no payment at the boxes. Participants must have their trial paid for and have their trial ticket with them before going to the boxes.

NO TRIAL TICKET AT THE BOXES = NO TRIAL.

This process will be strictly enforced. Staff will not be able to make exceptions or hold up the trial program while payment is arranged.

This has been communicated previously and we are now asking everyone to take responsibility for arriving early, prepared, paid and ready to trial.

9:00am means WE START TRIALS — it does not mean you arrive at the track.
